About Me
My passion for movement and fitness led me to a major decision a few years ago: alongside my office job at the time, I began working part-time as a fitness and personal trainer.
Through my own professional career, I have experienced firsthand how crucial it is to have a healthy balance to counteract work-related stress. For years, I struggled with excess weight and joint pain, which made me feel uncomfortable in my own body. I knew something had to change, so I started focusing more on exercise and nutrition.
The key for me was to take a step-by-step approach rather than rushing into drastic changes. I participated in fitness courses and gradually eliminated unhealthy foods from my diet. Over time, I lost the extra weight, and my pain significantly decreased.
This experience showed me that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is achievable even with a demanding job – and that it actually helps you feel better and perform at your best, both professionally and personally.
Today, I am a full-time personal trainer, dedicated to helping people stay pain-free, strong, and confident in their bodies – even in a sedentary office job.
